Gumtree Auto Ad Marketing Software

I need a developer to develope a software that posts ads on gumtree automatically based on time frequencies. I understand when you do this the ads get blocked so you will have to put your numbers in the picture and change the i.p address as a gateway and so on.

There are softwares out there already so anyone interested in the job must be experienced in this field. Ideally you would already have the software ready to start immediately.
