[login to view URL] downloader

Hi,

I need a downloader for for [login to view URL] files preferred in Powershell.

If it is made simple, other languages can also be accepted.

It is important to be very silent and working with Powershell.

For example:

[login to view URL] -url [login to view URL] -target c:\... -Force

or as function in Powershell as preferred

A few more things for now:

Check for URL Errors

Accept Linklist (textfile or similar)

Has to work with no extra dependencies on default Windows 10

Not too big in filesize

Keep in mind, that this has to be updated from time to time, so please keep it clean

Think about other downloaders features(tools not whole software)
