I have custom fields in Zoho invoice.
- the name of the subcontractor, 1
- product(s) the subcontractor has installed
- the amount the subcontractor is paid for the installed product
I want to auto create pdf reports on the 1st and 15th of each month which list all activities in that period by that specific contractor and to email the report to me and the contractor automatically on the 1st and 15th. The report cannot contain activities outside the period of the report, otherwise the subcontractor will be paid twice for the same activity.
