I'm a certified Oracle PL/SQL expert and have been developing in databases throughout my IT career. I've worked as a DBA for 15 years and am an Oracle Certified Associate for 11g. I'm new to freelancing, but am very familiar with the work effort required for writing objects in PL\SQL, so have no doubts about my ability to scope a project and complete it.
