Hola no se las capasidades de la empresa pero para los productos que necesitan refrigeracion construiria una linea o (varias) de traslado que pasen por una camara de enfriamiento a medida que se va haciendo el piquing de esta manera no perderia el frio y se podria manipular sin ningun inconveniente..
