server configuring - VPN, firewall, etc.

i need a local individual or small team to come in and configure a server for me in the following way: 1. build a clearOS or similar firewall on a system to act as the gateway 2. VPN for remote access and operations 3. file sharing, etc. 4. provide user profiles, etc. for remote usage few other minor tasks. MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR TASKS.
