can anybody decrpyt website with encrypted RSA-2048 ransom?

One of our websites has been attacked with a ransom encryption RSA-2048. These hackers are asking us to pay for a decryption pack to resuce our site. We wont be paying this ranson, and before we open up a new webstore to replace this poor attempt to exort money we are asking as to whether if it possible to unlock this encryption by other means. Please note we are asking if anybody has the expertise to fix this issue quickly and efficiently

Not being but frank, you CANNOT decrypt unless you have the private key that was used for the encryption, which obvisouly you don't and they have :( Sorry about it, make backups more often in the future and secure your website better. Regards, Dragos

I'm interested in investigating your case, but.. First of all you're victim of a crime, and if someone additionally blackmails you, two crimes. You should inform the police immediately. Secondly describe the scenario a bit better please, did someone takeover your site and encrypted all its contents? Thirdly is the RSA almost uncrackable . If there is no trace of the key somewhere on your site, it'll be impossible. Don't you have backups? My bid is only a rough estimation for 3 hours of work. If there's no trace of the key, a decryption is impossible.
