I assume that the requirement is, the servers you are hosting in SoYouStart should only be accessible from your local LAN or only to a user who is connected to your local network using VPN. It should not be accessible directly through the public Ip address from over the internet. I can do this in a very decent time frame, but if currently there is no VPN or IPsec configured in your local environment then the budget of this project is slightly lower.
