Network Consultant Needed - Network Diagram

We are having a few T1s installed at one of our offices and we want to offer personal colocation to our employees as an added benefit of working with us using one of the T1s.

What we need is a network diagram that shows exactly how the network should be configured. In other words, we need something that shows what goes between the T1 port installed by the provider and our employees' systems. The diagram should show recommended equipment as well as options for other equipment.

The successful bidder will also need to answer a few questions for us: I assume that we need a router, but which one? Would a switch be better? What about a firewall? If the provider provides 32 IPs, how do we assign those to the various computers? Any other tips in configuring this network?

For someone that knows what they are doing, this should be a really easy request. I would like to pay $20 for this. Please let me know your experience with configuring T1 data networks when you bid.
