I'm looking for someone with the following background/qualities:
*Junior to mid-level human resources experience with enthusiasm to learn and grow.
*Minimum of 2 years post university experience.
*A genuine, empathic people person with a sense of fairness, who can sit in the middle ground between the employer and the employees.
*Someone good with establishing systems and processes from scratch (even if only done at university).
*Degree in Human Resources or with HR major within business degree.
*Professional with excellent grammar and speaking plus presentation.
*Very comfortable with new office technology and someone keen on keeping up to date with same.
