Pre-Sales Call

Description

I am looking for someone to call 250 schools in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Purpose:

1. To follow-up on a brochure that was sent to the school about our Artist-in-School residency.

2. Determine if they are interested in having the Artist-in-School residency in their school.

3. If interested, to set up a telephone meeting date and time.

4. Update Excel 2003 Database.

Provided:

You will be provided with a script and an Excel Database which you will update and return (Please see script attached).

Skills and Equipment Required:

1. Able to speak English fluently and be easily understood

2. Pleasant and friendly telephone voice

3. Computer, Excel 2003 program and working knowledge

4. Telephone

5. Long Distance package capable of calling to Calgary, Alberta, Canada

6. Preferably telemarketing, sales and or marketing experience

7. Ability to work from 8:00AM – 3:30PM M.S.T.

Completed Database

I would like this work to start this week and be completed by April 15, 2011 or sooner if possible.

Considerations:

This may consist of several calls to each school as I want you to speak to or leave a message with the actual person the brochure was originally mailed to.
