I need someone to take care of hiring people (resources) for me and overseeing/handling various projects (i.e. project management).
For example, I may ask you to hire a person to write a video tutorial on a specific topic or I will ask you to follow up with a sales person to check on status, etc. or I may also ask you to take charge of particular project from start to finish.
So you will place the ads, filter the people, interview them, hire them or re-hire new people if the person you initially hired was unable to do the work, etc.
I have VERY high standards, so you have to be prepared to take feedback and get the work done precisely and efficiently. If I don't like it, then be prepared to go back and do it correctly. For example, if you hired the wrong person then you have to deal with that and the burden is on you to have high standards yourself, as I won't accept poor work.
You must be available on Skype so I can give you the assignments. I will expect you to take any notes or ask me any questions to clarify anything. Also, I want you to be able to quickly reply to any emails or if we need to make a Skype call so that I can give you any assignments or if I want to know the status on things.
Once you have the task I am looking for someone that can take charge and see to it that it gets done on time and reliably. You must be reliable, a self-starter that doesn't require hand-holding and someone that "just get's it".
You must speak perfect English.
I will pay you either per task or on an hourly basis, depending upon which agreement we can come to (perhaps it's a combination). We should discuss via Skype.
Working as freelancer since 2010 ... worked a lot of people , have a lot of workers too on my skp .. Able to meet any requirements.. online 10+ hours per day... You can rely on me fully :)
