I am a multitasking personnel with about 6years hands-on experience, involved in handling Customer service duties – (inbound and outbound calls, appointment setter,filing, chat support,data entry,emails support, social media support, research, Microsoft office, Excel, etc) as the first point of call to the organization, back-office administration and sundry other roles attached to the call of a Customer service representative.
