Telemarketing Team Manager

Job Description: Human Bookkeeping is well known and well positioned brand within the major professional organizations. We are a team of professionals – bookkeepers, accountants, CPA’s, finance professionals, and experienced small business consultants. Our Telemarketing Team is getting bigger and we need professionals in this area, who dare to be result oriented and want grow for themselves and improve their lifestyle. Personal Attributes Required: ● An effective Team Manager, at least one year experience as a Team Leader ● Able to effectively communicate required standards. ● Must be structured in the handling of information. ● Good at handling questions. ● Can identify an individual’s competency deficiencies. ● Comfortable with succession planning with identified key individuals. ● Must be open and approachable The purpose of the role will be to complete various activities to ensure sales targets are achieved as follows: ● Making appointments for Sales Team Members in sectors as directed either by campaigns or requested by individual sales managers ● Follow up on "clicks" and leads generated ● Call prospects or existing customers with defined campaigns or promotions ● Lead and manage the telemarketing team to achieve all of the above ● Meet the agreed level of contact with existing accounts as necessary to maintain/increase levels of business activity. (Calling KPIs to be agreed by campaign) ● Achieve agreed levels of cold calling activity to increase volume/revenue streams. ● Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to secure new business. ● Ensure all customer details are fully completed, including marketing information. ● Input data as appropriate into the software system and keep up to date. ● Ensure quarterly objectives, as agreed with the line manager, are met. ● Schedule appointments from sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations. ● Complete management reports on campaign activity as required. ● Actively align your work with the Company values. ● Other features and requirements: We offer friendly working environment and pleasant conditions like: ● Home office – the workplace is at home. Team Leader just needs a good hardwire internet connection, a headset, a computer and a quiet room. ● The first couple weeks will be as a test to be a telemarketing agent - to prove Team Leader’s ability to have results and to feel the market ● Telemarketing Team Leader will have clear goals and for success ● Team Leader will have the possibility to gather his/her own team members and to will be responsible for the development of the telemarketing unit
