Overview:
We are a company with a well-established process for managing quality assurance and a large QA team of more than 10 members. We are seeking a full-time QA Manager to oversee our software development projects.
Responsibilities:
The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software development projects. This includes:
- Developing and implementing QA strategies and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Managing and leading a team of QA testers and analysts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and other testing documentation
- Performing manual and automated testing as needed
- Continuously improving QA processes and practices
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience managing and leading a team of QA testers
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication and interpersonal
