Scooter in a city | ThreeJS

To be delivered by: Monday 11th July or Tuesday 12th July 2022 (however the sooner, the better!)

I would need a ThreeJS project in which the scooter (photo attached down below) will roam around the city (photo attached down below). The project does not need to be perfect, just functional!

Technical implementations:

-Some type of collisions : only the road should be the "free-to-roam" area.

-Lightning

-First person controls or third person controls : the objective is to have to point of view of a person riding the scooter.

-Code should be commented.

I would also pay for an hour where you would explain the code to me.
