I need a video with a penny character I have talking,

If he can be made all over again in 3d and proper legs talking 181 words as a representation of my company that will be good.

I have the logo of him but he needs to come to life.

I will expect a nice background of dollars falling and a stock market exchange digitalized in the background and then at a beach with shades
