Create an Animation

I need an animation simulation for a special project. The animation simulation should have 2 reels: 1). first reel: showing a deaf or hard of hearing person that can not hear the door bell ring, alarm go off, baby cry, etc (normal things that people can hear everyday). 2). second reel: showing a deaf or hard of hearing person that receive special led notification on a special vibrating wristband to indicate the door bell is ringing, the alarm is going off, the baby is crying, etc (normal things that people can hear daily).
