Cartoon style horse rigging in Maya for Unity game

We have a simple cartoon horse character that needs to be rigged and skinned for animation in Maya (see the attached image). The character is for an iOS game in Unity so experience in rigging for Unity is a plus. Up until now we have been using The Setup Machine for Games but wish to move away from using this as it is too complicated for our needs. Minimum requirements: Single skeleton - no detached pieces Legs - IK controls only with IK anti-pop setup. No FK or IK/FK blending required. No stretching required. Rotation controls for pole vectors. Spine - Spline IK with at least 3 controls Tail - Spline IK with at least 4 controls Neck and head - Spline IK for head and neck. Head needs to be directly rotatable. Head and neck IK needs to be set up to allow stretching of neck Ears - FK with controls Eyes - Look at controller with controls for blinking (a simple scaling of the eyes in Y) Eyebrows - position controllers Of course any suggestions for making the rig better and more user friendly over and above the minimum requirements will be gladly accepted. We have 8 or more similar characters to create over the coming months so there is the possibility of more work for the right applicant.
