**Flash and graphics expert only** This is a brand new webpage The company has set its base colours as blue and white. See this page <[login to view URL]> [this is just a quick mock up to show colours] In short, what I require is a **home page and a secondary page** made up with a flash header/banner. or flash area in header. The pages is to center aligned and a width of "760" The customer wants to show 2 of its products as a flash animation in the header, the animation is only to depict these 2 products (not to much details required) these product details are attached in zip file. The pages shall have a nav area down the left side and a footer at the base of the page. * * * **Important **The coder shall provide at least 5 links to sites they have created before for us to make up our mind on there ability. ## Deliverables 1) The completed pages as html with links working. 2)All makings and graphics in .png or .psd files so we can mke changes in the future. the flash file and the makings so we can make small changes ourselves later. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP", "in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape", "Linux"
