After Effects Specialist needed for different AE Projects

We are a video/ commercial production company in Estonia and we are growing rapidly in animated commercials. And we are looking for an after effects guy. Basically what we do is I buy a template from envato, record a voiceover and tune the After effects project to match the audio and be stylish. From time to time we make simple custom elements to make the animation unique.
We are looking for an AE person who could work with stock animations, edit the video, know english. 3D skills would be a good advantage. We offer many different interesting animation project and we have a lot of clients.
