Hi There, I can do this for you to a very high quality. I can model the whole retirement village, with landscaping and realistic accurate plants and render it on a server. If you are looking for HD video then, even on a server with 4 (extremely powerful) graphics cards, you would be looking at between 30min and an hour rendering time per frame. 24 frames per second... It will take some time. I would love to be involved in this exciting project. It would be a big deal for me and I will make sure that you get exactly what you are looking for.
