Animation for Body Muscles plus another

We need up to 30 seconds animation of the following.

Quality HD 1920 X 1080 - MOV format.

Part 1:

approx 10 - 15 seconds of:

Do you think you can do this animation kind of animation, review minute 2:20 +- you will see the muscles on a regular video.

You will need to model in part 2 our belt device (pictures would be provided), show how the pain is there before the device, then device is applied to the lower back, and then blue signals sent to brain.

Please Be honest if you can get to this level, I would want you to do it. If not than please be honest
