Hi there, Your TVC (commercial) idea/ example is simple enough to do and will take about 2 weeks max to complete. It maybe less depending on how many changes to the visual from the final are made. I don't have reviews on freelancer but work for a big TV station in Australia creating these types of commercials, as this is what I do currently for work.
