Need a spinning world globe. Globe to "crack open" and the title "LEGAL TELL ALL" to emerge from the cracked globe. (as per supplied font sample). Some animation fx to be applied to the text as it comes out. Maybe some lighting fx on text after it lands. Text can be a bit bigger than in sample. The word "TELL" to be emphasised. Globe to spin for 1 second before it cracks open quickly.. Text to have emerged and landed within 3 seconds of start. Animation to extend a further 5 seconds. Total length about 8-10 seconds. Colours to remain as provided in samples.

I've been using 3ds max since 2008 and your description seems pretty straight forward I can render it in mental ray which will look great and I think you will be pleased.
