Create basic rig and walkcycle in Maya

I have a model. I made joints and smooth binded it with skin of a model. I need someone to rig in propertly and make a walk cycle (24 frames but multiplied so the walk is longer) This is a simple task for a right freelacer. Need this done in 10 hours. At the end, I need the working file only, no renders, no anything. I need this to be done ONLY in Maya 2013 or Maya 2015. Not going to consider bids over 30 dollars, so don't waste your time and bids.

Hello. I just finished walk animating of a warrior for game. I cant send it and anyway he walking with weapon and shield. But i have work-ready mocap data. Can make anim of walk forward cycle just in few hours depending of your model and how dificult if will be to place a rig on it. But im working with maya 2017 and motionBuilder, the format is .FBX for anim and .mb for scene. Also i will need basic description of walk-style if you wish or i will make it more "common" like.
