Trial Video Packaging Program Specifications: • First project is a trial of ONE video. Eventually there will be 30-50 videos per year. For the first project, please quote on this one video. • Each video is short. 2-3 minutes each. • Two edit cycles maximum. Process: 1) Get email from me indicating there is a new video(s) in Google Drive. 2) Create a text transcript for the video in Excel. Template will be provided. Match the XLS name to the video name. 3) Edit video to flow as follows from start to finish (See sample: [login to view URL]): a. Start music b. CMD Logo slide c. Text slide d. (Video content with minor or no edits) e. CMD logo slide with tagline and URL (see notes below) 4) Post to Vimeo. Login ID and password will be provided. 5) Send me an email with a link to the video for review/approval. 6) Post the video transcript on G Drive. Notes: The sample Vimeo file lacks three things. Please: 1) Add title bar when Paul begins speaking. Paul Stepanek, President, Complete Manufacturing and Distribution. Use “Arial” or “Arial Black” for the font. 2) Add the CMD logo to the closing slide (tagline, logo, URL). You will find the logo file on the G drive.
