Reggie - MS Agent

I am looking for a developer that is familiar with MS Agent Editor. I need to find someone to have our Reggie (Agent) do HELP files and text for our programs. We have many programs and would like a coder that can edit and build our help files with MS Agent. This bid request is to do only one of our program's help files.
