Do some 3D Modelling

Im looking for someone that can change the perspectives of an existing building plan. Would like to make it more modern contemporary. Plan can stay as it is...

Only have pdf files...

Colors should be natural greys and earthy colors.

Added the plan and current 3D's... Will add images of the look that I like.
