You should use a double injected plastic, the first for the main casing and the 2nd for transparent plastic, but it is also possible to use additional clear plastic and screw them together, of course, we have to apply some sealant or gasket. The 2 casing should be assembled with a gasket separator to make it no water coming into the device.
