Create 2D Technical Drawings and 3D Model of Pump - repost

We have preliminary drawings and 3D model of a prototype water pump and need an engineer competent in CAD to create detailed dimensioned technical drawings and 3D model in SolidWorks suitable for providing to a manufacturer. We have step files of the 3D model for the design and a functioning prototype, but need the model refined to produce accurate 3D renderings of the model as well as dimensioned CAD drawings. We need someone available immediately, who is able to begin work within 2 days. Please respond with a statement of qualifications including an example of CAD work you have done illustrating dimensioned drawings and 3D rendering. I estimate the project will require 12 hr for an experienced engineer or draftsperson. NDA required. I will provide the step files for you to evaluate before you agree to the work.
