Design me a Product. Cross flow fan housing and flow simulation

I am a designer but I am too busy to finish this small project. I need someone to design plastic housing for a cross flow fan to take air from a small room to outside. I require 1. a plastic housing designed for a cross flow fan and also 2. an air flow simulation to ensure the housing works properly. Housing requires two bolts to connect to the roof and also requires a rubber seal. The housing size is around 30cm long x 10-15cm wide and around 5cm height. If you don't know what a cross flow fan is please look on the web. Solidworks is preferred but not essential. I will supply in CAD format the fan shape and size and also the roof which the fan connects to. This is a relatively simple task for an experienced CAD designer. Around 1-4 hours work depending on your skill an experience.
