Architectural Drawings & 3D Rendering (Interior Quotation only)

I need an architect and a 3d Visualizer as the same time who can create a quotation of an interior rendering and architectural drawings. for example: Architectural drawings of living room - 250 USD architectural drawing of Master Bed room - 200 USD Total: 3D Rendering of Living room - 300 USD 3D Rendering of master bedroom - 250 USD i attached the Autocad file. i need you to make a computation for the entire room bed room1 , bed room 2 , living room etch. segregate the computation of 3D Rendering and architectural drawings i need it in PDF file and in Microsoft Word office. dont include the Roof top. Note: im not hiring anyone to do the job , i am hiring to make the quotation. i need it asap.
