Sketchup or 3D max rendering of buildings

I am a building designer and have a website at [login to view URL] I need to convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models for presentation purposes to clients. Sometimes the presentations only require a simple block model as per the animation in the bottom right hand button in 'view' on my website while at other times they need to be photo realistic for marketing purposes. I imagine that the process for doing this work would be as follows: 1. I send all information I have 2. You prepare an initial model 3. I review and comment on the model 4. You update the model 5. I carry out a final review 6. You send finalised model I am enclosing an AutoCad drawing of a building that needs to be modelled and a Sketchup model of another building that can be used to create parts of the model (if sketchup is used). Can you quote to model the building as per the model referred to in 'view' (not animated), can you also quote in the text of your responce the cost of modelling the building in a photorealistic way - ref [login to view URL] - and can you point me to examples of your work. I hope to develop an ongoing relationship with the successful bidder.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
