We have downloaded a 3D model from TurboSquid (FBX/OBJ/3DMAX) but need a 3D artist to create a zipped OBJ file with adaption of the texture so the model can be used for mobile devices.

So by example the following file structure in the ZIP file based on the TurboSquid model ([url removed, login to view])

We like to have this OBJ file and also a Blender file.
