Hi, I'm in the US and have a 3D printer that's one of the largest on the market, the BCN3D SigmaX. It can print ann 8"x5" part even if some other printers can't. I model things in 3D for a living and for PhD research, so I'm sure that I can make your model (although I would use SolidWorks as it's far superior to AutoCAD, though I'll export the file in AutoCAD DWG format if you want) Additionally, I can give you advice to make sure the final part can be manufactured with injection molding. It's true that I don't live in Carlsbad, CA, but I do live in the USA, and I think about 99% of freelancers here aren't even in the US, let alone specifically in your city...
