Do some 3D Modelling of human bust from photos

Need a 3D modeler to convert 1 person into bust (model from shoulders up). I will provide photos of the people upon award job. Bust should be placed on a stand/base. The busts need to be hollow at the base and also 3D printable. It should be of high resolution (suitable for 3D printing) and full color. Refer to attachment for example of quality.
Preferred format is ZPR or OBJ.
Please refer to the attached images for samples of what a bust looks like to get an idea of the level of quality I am after.
