I am building a dual cabin structure. The timeline for a initial 3D draft demo image is Tuesday December 19, 2017.
My wish is to find someone I can work with throughout the entire design process with me. My expectation is that you will have sufficient skills and experience to produce final construction drawings for these ??? sq ft. cabins with tin roof, concrete block soundproof separator, wood frame, siding (undetermined).
You will complete each task and be paid paid before we proceed to the next task.
You will need to produce SketchUp (or propose preferred software) experience showing the necessary measurements and modifications from my sketch drafts to produce construction ready blueprints.
To start I will ask you to read and consider my proposal.
Task 1; Produce initial drafts; 2D Front View and Top Down (Roof View) from files provided.
Task 2; With approval of the draft 2D, I will ask you to advise me on the next design step.
? 3D render of Task 1.
? Floor plan.
