Practice French Speaking

Hi, I've been studying French for three years. My writing and reading skills are pretty good but my speaking needs a lot more improvements. I'm seeking a French-speaking tutor, preferably native speaker or equivalent level speaker, with whom to practice my speaking. No need for any specific academic guidelines. I just need to talk in French and get your feedback. I propose a timeline of 1 hour every weekday, starting as soon as possible, with $15 hourly payment.
