Need a Twilio Dev. for Voice, SMS. Ring broadcast + virtual lines.

We have a paid Twilio account currently connected with a paid Aloware subscription (phone software).

But we only need a few of Aloware's features, so I'm seeing if we can get someone to develop them within our own paid Twilio account. Then we can stop using Aloware.

We need ring broadcast (calls to one number simultaneously ring multiple cell phones) and if no one picks up, the voicemail goes to a chosen cell phone. If that number is texted, have it to go a chosen email address.

We also need a virtual phone number. The number(s) I need are already hosted with Twilio. Need to have it call a different cell phone number when dialed, also send the SMS along to the chosen cell. Then, and this might be the tricky part, would like to be able to call back using an app (or whatever works) from the cell phones so that the Voice and SMS is seen as coming from the number hosted with Twilio.

The developer we want to hire must already be a Twilio expert.
