Need subtitle.SRT file converted to specific EBU N19 STL file

I have few [login to view URL] files, (less than 5) that I need in specific EBU N19 STL file that Avid will read. Not in Spruce STL or any other STL formats. I need them in EBU N18 STL format. It's simple, upload your srt to your software and export it in EBU N19 STL format. No edit in subtitle of any kind needed. If Avid doesn't read the file you send, then I will not pay you. Be sure about it.
