Outlook VBA to convert inc email from HTML to plain text and forward

Hi,

I have some code that is meant to convert an incoming Email from HTML to Plain Text and forward it back on to another mailbox so when it is received it is purely Plain Text for Body, Subject, Header etc etc. This isn't working quite right so need a bit of help to resolve.
