I have a Adobe Premiere Elements video that I have edited on version 11. All edits are done and the file is saved. I have not been able to "Publish and Save" this video. Once edited, saved and rendered- a "Unknown Error-Unable to Publish" message pops up on the screen. I am looking to send this file via FTP to someone WHO HAS Adobe Premiere Elements 11 (or another version which can open this file type .prel), and can save this project both as a MPEG and WMV in highest quality possible.

Hi, I have Premiere Pro CC, the latest version for Windows. Since Premiere Pro is the Pro member of the editing "family" it can handle *.prel files, so we could give this a try. I would need all files, project files, raw video / audio, anything else imported into the project. Did you used any special plugins or add-ons with PE ? * how big are the files ? my net allows round 7GB/h download and around 15GB/h upload
