Animate a picture in After Effects

We are looking for someone who is 18+ and okay with working with NSFW Material. We need you to animate a picture into 4 video files. - The animation needs to be at least equal quality compared to the other animations we produced. - The first 3 video files need to be 6 seconds each. - The final video file needs to be 7 seconds and have a inline loop from the 4th to 6th second. To explain the inline loop. Our video player will loop back to the 4th second of the file once it reaches the 6th second. Upon chat request we can provide one of our animations (all 4 files) for you to review as sample. Sharing/reposting this animation and the one created in the job if we decide to work with you is not allowed.
