Native Chinese Speaker required to present videos and add English translation for social media

I am looking to get support from a Female Native Chinese speaker who can assist with the development of a Youtube channel our team aims to grow.
We are looking for someone that is comfortable in front of a camera, speaking and also has editing skills for short videos to be produced. We can look to do a short trial e.g. one video and if our team are happy with this, we can offer regular positions to you. Ideally, our team would be looking for a female (although charismatic males would also be considered).
Whilst this is initially to be run on Youtube, we aim to expand this to other social media channels in the future. We aim to run this as an ongoing project and thus we are working to a small budget now (although there is opportunity for higher salary in the future).
Each video should be around 6-10 minutes. Please note, you would be required to add in English translation so you would require some form of editing skills too.
