Professional Training video for website users showing user navigation and usability of the site

We are looking to make several short videos to take users through our website and the process of scheduling and conducting online classes. We would like to be able to explain the site’s features in a professional manner to our users. The videos will be provided to new users for training to replace human trainer taken them into the website navigation process. The videos will look exactly like videos on the bottom of this page here as an example: [login to view URL] We will work with the provider to map out training areas and will provide a staff to help with any questions on the project. A native British or American narrator will be used. You may work with our staff on the script to make sure we achieve best results. If you can provide a full service where we give you a demo of what we want and let you write the script and produce the videos that will best for us. We will start with one video as a test and when all is good, we will go on to make several. The budget will depend on the length of the videos and the proposals we receive. We would ideally like to stay under $400 per video. The length of each video can be anywhere between 3-5 min video. The shorter the better as long as you can describe the site navigation process.
