Short text-only animation & voice over (Australian accent) for an eight step process

I have an eight step process on 'how to examine a lame cow' that needs to be made into a directional video. In each step of the 8 step process, there is a YES or NO question for the viewer to answer followed by the action/advice/next steps to take based on their answer. So the major requirement of this video is that the viewer can follow a logical flow, retain the question long enough to accurately answer and determine the right action to take. This eight step process originally comes from a booklet/hardcopy resource. For web, I would like it made into a short animated video plus voice over to enhance on page content. It needs to just be simple, clear and short. The video needs to be around the 1 minute mark - 90 seconds. Visuals/animation can be of the text appearing/disappearing in time with the voice over. Animated text to appear/disappear (i.e. fading) in a way to assist ease of reading and reduce cognitive load. The voice over can essentially be the same as the text, however I have added additional copy in the Comments of the Word doc to denote additional voice-over parts. The voice over can be female or male, but must be an Australian accent. Because this was originally a hard copy resource, some value add may be required in the translation to an animated video.
