Video Editing - Blur some areas in my Video

Hi,
I have a series of videos (This is going to be ongoing since I will create about 1 video each week). to avoid any copyright issues, I want to blur the address bar and some other areas of the video. This video is about 5 minutes and I want to blur everywhere it says "Inergy Solar". Basically I do not want anyone to be able to see anything about that company. Also the list of products shown on the video should be blurred so I can simply post this video on youtube without any issues with "Inergy Solar" company.
