Customer Support for Ecommerce Website.
Client is operating an ecommerce website
Support portal is using Fresh Desk.
Number of tickets / day = Less than 10 tickets for now
Type: Sales enquiries, Post sales support.
Looking for admin who is familiar with managing online customer support.
- Reply promptly and correctly to tickets (there are canned replies provided for common questions)
- Reply accurately to answer customer's questions
- To increase the sales conversion of customers (by providing timely and accurate replies)
- To maintain and improve the customer knowledgebase and canned replies
Part 2: (if suitable fit)
- To assist with data processing. Excel management
- To provide live chat support for the same website
- To assist with administrative duties
- Important that you are good in written and spoken English communication
- Good if you have experience with Fresh Desk, Zopim, or any ticketing system (not required)
- Good if you have experience with WHMCS (not required)
- Good if you have experience with email marketing software such as [url removed, login to view]
