Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Inside Sales agent/Appointment setter

We are a duly licensed Real Estate firm based in Australia. Licensed to buy & sell properties and I am personally looking for an EXPERIENCED Real Estate - Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help the operations.
Job is remote and candidates will work from Home Via Internet
Required: 20-40 Hrs / Week (Candidate shall be flexible to work anytime btw. 9:00 am to 9:00 pm AEST Zone)
Target Income of $8/hr (USD) with the potential of reaching over $10/hr (USD) with bonus.
You will responsible for :
-Prospect new clients to obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment and set appointments on a daily basis from various lead sources in our database
-Creating contacts and setting up follow-up tasks
-Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
-Schedule appointments for sales agents
-B2b calling to get businesses connected
